use of our mobile application and platform for digital gold/silver investments, jewellery
savings schemes, and purchases.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, registering, or using the Arna App, you agree to be bound by these
terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. User Accounts
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
- Report any unauthorized account activity to our support team immediately.
- Accounts are non-transferable and for individual use only.
3. Service Overview
Arna provides a platform for digital gold and silver investments, jewellery savings schemes,
and purchase of gold/silver jewellery, coins, and bars. The platform enables users to
invest, save, and
purchase precious metals and jewellery products.
4. Digital Gold & Silver Investment
- Digital gold and silver represent ownership of physical metal stored in secure vaults.
- Prices are based on real-time market rates plus applicable charges.
- Minimum investment amounts apply as specified in the app.
- Users can buy, sell, or hold digital gold/silver through the platform.
- Physical delivery of digital gold/silver is subject to additional terms and charges.
5. Jewellery Savings Schemes
- Savings schemes allow periodic payments toward gold/jewellery purchases.
- Scheme duration, payment frequency, and amounts are specified at enrollment.
- Missing payments may result in scheme cancellation with applicable charges.
- Upon completion, users can redeem scheme value for jewellery or gold.
- Scheme details including bonuses and terms are provided at enrollment.
6. Product Information and Pricing
Arna strives to ensure all product details, purity information, and prices displayed
are accurate. However, gold and silver prices fluctuate based on market conditions, and we
reserve
the right to update information without prior notice.
7. Purity and Quality Guarantee
- All gold jewellery is certified for 22K purity unless specified otherwise.
- Silver products are certified for 99.9% purity.
- Gold coins and bars come with purity certification.
- Making charges and wastage are clearly mentioned for each jewellery item.
- Hallmark certification is provided for eligible gold products.
8. Failed Transactions & Refunds
- In case of failed transactions where amount is debited from your account but the
transaction shows as failed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original
payment method.
- Refunds for failed transactions are processed within 7-10 business days.
- If refund is not received within 10 business days, please contact our support team with
transaction details.
- We are not responsible for any delays in refund processing caused by banks or payment
gateways.
- For successful transactions, no refunds are processed unless otherwise specified in
scheme terms.
9. Usage Restrictions
- Users must not misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the app's functionality or security.
- False information or fraudulent transactions may result in account suspension.
- The platform is for personal use and investment only, not for commercial trading.
10. Gold Valuation and Selling
- Gold buy-back is offered at prevailing market rates.
- Valuation is based on purity, weight, and current market price.
- Processing charges may apply for gold buy-back.
- Digital gold can be sold back at current market price.
- Settlement amount is transferred to registered bank account.
11. Liability
Arna is responsible for the quality and purity of products sold through our platform.
However, we are not liable for market fluctuations in gold/silver prices. Investments in
precious
metals carry market risks, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
12. Modifications
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted within the
app. Continued use of Arna App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new
terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, and any disputes shall be subject
to the jurisdiction of courts located in Tirunelveli.
